Jamon is food which salt hind leg of pig and ferment by saltiness for one year in dry area of inner zone. In this way, virus dies, if I don’t grill. Cutting part of mold, and eat only fair skin. Pig which eat only acorn of the other pig is very expensive.
Among price has cheap, jamon which made pig, eat only acorn and graze is very expensive. Price of the Jamon is 120~150 Euro. The test is a little salty, so need sweetness, so eat with Tomato Salad and cooling melon. The food is more delicious with eat bread and wine. You suffer through food chewy and not greasy tasty of lean meat.
