Typical food Of Madrid is Cochinillo Asado which is a grill piglet. Piglet is a two week old. The cook is cutting stomach of piglet, and puts garlic, some pepper and grill in charcoal kiln. During grill, cover white wine and crunch grill. As appears by the name, it is easy to understand grill meat, but Cochinillo Asado is not grill meat but grill piglet. The food is especially most popular in Segovia of city of Acueducto Romano. Christmas Day, The Spanish eats delicacy of the season, Cochinillo Asado in Segovia of Spain. Cochinillo Asado is compounded of piglet which is smaller than frame of cat. Its color and charm look like appetizing and receive massage. Roast a pig whole apply about four portions. The food has yellowish smell and good shape. Pig trotters of the cute size piglet come out frankly shape. On the other side white downy hair of piglet come out vivid. The outside of piglet is not burns and crisp, fair skin of piglet melts in mouth, very soft and flavor. The food delicious when eat with sauce under the Cochinillo Asado. The sauce is delicious when the sauce eats with baguette.
